Madeira Islands
The Madeira Islands is a Portuguese archipelago in the north Atlantic Ocean that lies between the parallels of 32º 22' 20 and 33º 7' 50 and in a longitude between the 16º 16' 30 W and 17º 16' 39'' W. The Madeira Islands consist of two inhabited islands named Madeira and Porto Santo, three uninhabited small islands collectively called the Desertas, and a smaller group of three uninhabited islands called the Selvagens closer to Spain's Canary islands than to Madeira itself. ...
