Primary Outcomes: reduction of neuropathic foot pain, improve quality of life
Secondary Outcomes: serial changes in edx, QST, autonomic functions, biopsy

Ages Eligible for Study: 18 Years - 90 Years, Genders Eligible for Study: Both
Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- DPN stage 2 & 3, symptomatic > 6months
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pacemaker in patient or mate
