Purpose
The purpose of this study is to clinically evaluate the spleen during PBPC mobilization by filgrastim in normal donors.

Eligibility
Ages Eligible for Study: 18 Years and above, Genders Eligible for Study: Both
Criteria
Key Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligible to be PBPC donor for allogeneic transplantation as determined by local institution,
- 18 years or older,
- No history of splenectomy,
- No previous PBPC mobilization attempts,
- No previous treatment with GCSF (granulocyte colony stimulating factor) or GMCSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor).
