Vulvodynia

The term vulvodynia is used to describe pain in the vulva, often severe, of unknown cause. Vulvar vestibulitis is a related term, and Vestibulodynia is a related condition. A wide variety of possible causes and treatments for vulvodynia are currently being explored.
