Eligibility
Inclusion Criteria:
- IPAH
- > 3 months treatment with bosentan
- 6 minute walk distance 150 - 425 m
Exclusion Criteria:
- other forms of pulmonary hypertension
- severe comorbidities
- cotreatment with sildenafil or investigational drugs
