Coffin-Lowry syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by craniofacial (head and facial) and skeletal abnormalities, mental retardation, short stature, and hypotonia. Coffin-Lowry syndrome is a condition associated with mental retardation and delayed development, characteristic facial features, and skeletal abnormalities.
