Progeria 

Hemochromatosis is a disorder that causes the body to absorb too much iron from the diet. The excess iron is stored in the body's tissues and organs, particularly the heart, liver, pancreas, and joints. Because humans cannot increase excretion of iron, the extra iron accumulates over time and eventually can damage the tissue or organ. Genetic changes are related to the following types of hemochromatosis. hemochromatosis, neonatal hemochromatosis, type 1 hemochromatosis, type 2 hemochromatosis...

Progeria is an extremely rare genetic condition which causes physical changes that resemble greatly accelerated aging in sufferers. It is an autosomal recessive condition that affects around 1 in 4-8 million newborns. Currently, there are approximately 35 known cases in the world with no known cure. Most children with the disease die around 13 years of age.
