so yesterday at work i fell i was wrestling a hose down in the grow house and it suddenly came loose and therefore i also suddenly came off my feet i knew there was a newly potted and expensive windowbox behind me and in an effort to not sit on it i flailed my arm out to try to catch myself no such luck down i went right on a poor coleus and an orange begonia i was mostly embarrassed but this morning i was in pain they sent me off to the doctor in a cab she didnt seem to think it needed xrays and that it was a sprain strain she said ice and ibuprofen and said to curtail my yard work for a bit ill go back next week to check my progress im mad because it interferes with my schedule but i am hoping it will heal soon so im wrapped in an ace bandage that is keeping the ice pack in place
