Today I admit defeat I cannot fight my depression on my own so enter my new friend Mirtazapine I will be taking my first dose tonight and I am scared I want to be better I want to be happy and I want to get through a day without dark thoughts invading my head every 5 minutes or so I am under no illusions I am in for a rocky couple of weeks whilst I adjust to it but things can only get better right Here is to KBO ing eh
