Lately there is a tag appearing on the streets that many are attributing to this artist that says quot NOBODY CARES quot Think about that for a moment Is this street art or Graffiti Who cares Nobody Cares Actually I care But society our government perhaps need better quot eye care quot Because each day we walk past those who are facing limited economic opportunities those who we ve left like crabs in a barrel to claw and fight their way out of poverty and despair on there own We notice the writing on the walls but can t see the writing on the wall NOBODY CARES Can t you see that their are more deaths in our cities of our young people than are dying in IRAQ or who died in 911 just check the murder stats from just the major cities from around the country But NOBODY CARES yet Remember the crack epedimic and how at first it was just in the ghettos and then it spread to the suburbs I care now and if you don t I suggest better eye care Summer will soon be here An in every major city there will be 9 13 yr olds with idle time on their hands their single mothers forced to leave them alone while they work We drive by past them from the safety and comfort of our BMW s Jags Lexus And Mercedes We don t see them just the stereotype of them imprints doo rags over sized white shirts loud vulgar music What will become of them if YOU WE if I don t help Will my son or your son be next Nobody Cares damn it I CARE So you think you ve seen my tag But have you seen and do you understand my HE ART or the tears I shed over people I don t even know I am nobody The Me Nobody Knows I m just an artist NOBODY CARES I care Eye Care
