No matter how neatly stacked and organized when a flood happens water has the strength to overturn heavy objects and fill the contents with itself I really never thought of water in this way

These drawers are the hardest to deal with there are many collections and expensive supplies that I will not replace Even all the toilet paper tubes took a long time to save I make my holiday fish ornaments from them and those sell well This is all so ridiculous I had rescued a great vintage typewriter from the trash both the perfect case the rust colored thing on the right side and the typewriter are distroyed On the lower left is one of several shadow boxes 3D watercolors on paper all soaked with sewage I am afraid to turn on the dehumidfier it was under 2 feet of water during the flood so are all the fans Don t lots of folks store summer fans in the basement
