J&J contraceptive patch to carry warning on blood clots

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has updated a warning on Johnson & Johnson's contraceptive patch Ortho Evra based on a study that suggested users could be exposed to twice the risk of blood clots compared with traditional birth control pills. The product will now carry a label to this effect, the FDA and the company said Wednesday. ...
