I've been researching about the subject lately. I think I do. But the thing is, a few nights I would sleep well but then one night I would wake up like ten times in the night breathing then eventually sleep.
FYI: In the daytime, I'm always active and never feel sleepy AT ALL. Except for today, but that's only because I snowboarded for like 6 hours ![]() |

You really need to be evaluated. I was diagnosed with it in 97, fought with masks for several years, and now cannot sleep without it. The thing is, if you DO have it, it could cause several other problems, including being related to diabetes, lack of oxygen causing heart problems, etc. Not to scare you but sleep apnea is way more serious than most realize.
