If you suffer from Fibromyalgia have you ever tried this?

I had a flare up last month. It has been a difficult road as far as medications go for me. I don't tolerate pain medication nor do I want to rely on it. Anti-inflamatory meds have all caused severe stomach upset even when taken with Prilosec. I have always taken BComplex since I was diagnosed which helps with the day to day.
This last severe flair up I had, my doctor told me to take 3 325mg enteric coated asprin 3 times a day until my pain subsided then cut back or completely off. Of course he said if I started suffering dizziness or had ringing in my ears to stop immediately.
Within 3 days the results were amazing. I was almost pain free and feeling limber enough to do my morning stretching exercises again. I backed off of the asprin with no ill effects whatsoever.
I really had my doubts about doing this but if you suffer from this disease you know that it can be devastating.
Just curious if anyone else has tried this remedy and what results you found.
