i've made some tests online to know if i have a depression and i realized that i do and a bad one , well im an arabian , but i never really liked the arabs , they r not like me , i know alot of american ppl and i like them mopre than the arabs , thats not important now , and cuz im an arabian i cant go to a shrink cuz it is unacceptable in the arbian community , and i have no clue of dealing with it , im just gonna kill myself even though im only 12 ill be 13 in feb. ........................... plz help plzzzzzzzzz

I too am mid-eastern, though my family has been in the USA for about 150 years.

Don't get into a self-hate mode. If you do, how will you ever come out of your depression.

Your ethnicity has a great history. Right now, Arabs are in the midst of a horrible period. Don't let the ignorance of some cause you to lose faith.

Be yourself - read, learn and contribute. Many have denounced violence.
Do that and you'll be OK.

In our lives, we suffer a lot.. We walk through on several trials, that causes us to give up. Sometimes we think life is so unfair because of the hindrance we've been through. We struggle a lot to survive, but when things went wrong and everything is gone, we find someone to blame on and ask "why me?"..But things are just not constant, things may come and go, if not today, tommorrow, or never.
