He is seeing a counselor and changing medicines but he has totally shut me out.He won't say he loves me,doesn't spend time with me and won't laugh or smile.I am tired of being ignored even though I know our marriage was great.I have been living this for 4 months and I have 4 kids.I live on disability.I just want my husband back,I miss my life.I am bipolar,diagnosed 10 yrs. ago and stabile on medicine but this may just put me over the edge.HELP!!!

Well, those people having mental disorders, due to the malfunctiongs of mood regulator chemical Serotonin in their brains, would tend to have great difficulties in controlling their feelings, thoughts and behaviours / personalities. So, his reactions of being cold towards you maybe just something which is purely unintentional, and largely involuntary and uncontrollable on his part under the influence of the mental disorders.



Hence, a rational way for you to deal with that would be not to take his negative attitudes / behaviours directed towards you so seriously given the very fact that those are those simply something largely unintentional, involuntary and uncontrollable on his part.

Hi maam good day.. Your problem is similar to the problem of my friend.. They always argue because of this mental disorder... Her boyfriend grow up in the broken family.. That's why he had that problem..

But you know what if they are okey? I mean they are normal, or let say it's a normal day no argue no problems they are a wonderful couple. They always JOKINg to each other..
