The activities of the Office of Genomics and Disease Prevention (OGDP) are designed to further study the discoveries of the human genome project and fully integrate genetics into all aspects of public health research, policy, and programs. OGDP provides internal coordination and promotes external partnerships for activities in epidemiologic research, genetic testing and services evaluation, communication, and workforce training and education.
