It sounds like you may have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and possibly Fibromyalgia. Have you went to a medical provider yet? I would suggest you speak with your doctor about these symptoms, it could be something more serious like a thyroid ... I know about chakras to an extent--massage therapist opened them up--it does increase energy big-time. I can kind of do it on myself. I would have a hard time sitting on the floor etc. because of my hip. I understand the concept of ...
