Does anyone know anything about COPD or lung disease and mega Vit C that you can share with me. I know he needs a lot more than the amt of vit c I told him to take but I just want to make sure it's ok (even though I know it is, iykwim). ... I too will start taking fish oil capsules - although flax seed oil is much cheaper and is omega 3 also. Magnesium definitely helps as it is a relaxant of the bronchial muscles.
