I have been taking ginko biloba for a couple of weeks now I feel it is now kicking in, that one doesn't work instantly. Also since I deal with impulsiveness and hyperactivity I started taking skullcap (the american one). I also suffer from migraines ... I'm a skeptic of non-traditional ADHD therapies simply because they aren't regulated and you really don't know what you're getting. Could be sugar or some other ineffective substance in those capsules and you'd never know. ...
