Try taking high doses of Niacin aka vitamin B3. Start with 500 mg/day and go up until you feel better (get the no-flush version if you want). That shit WORKS. Check out the documentary Food Matters at foodmatters.tv. ..... I would love to tell you I am 56 now and never have anxiety attacks or depression, but that woud be a lie, it is a continual fight, at least now it is better understood and I don't use alcohol to control it, but Xanax some times is my best friend. ...
